We begin by learning the fundamentals of Aroma Breathing followed by 7 modules that cover rest, diet, mindset and more. Everything is connected and it all comes back to the breath. I'll teach you how Aroma Breathing can be a quick, safe way to relieve stress, boost digestion, balance the body and improve sleep. Unlike meditation which can be frustrating, Aroma Breathing is accessible, and you’ll feel results in our first session.
